What Can Be Customised

Size Range
Available up to AU/US 15 (see our Size Chart). Extended sizing, such as AU 16 ≈ 31.5 cm, may be available on request.

Colour & Fabric
Have something specific in mind? We’ll work with you to explore colour or fabric options and confirm what’s possible.

Quantity
No minimum required — we’re happy to produce a single pair.

Fit
The fit and structure remain true to the original style. If possible, we recommend ordering the in-stock version first to confirm your size.

Please note: Not all Naked Sole styles are eligible. Eligible silhouettes will be marked on each product page.

Lead Time
Production takes approximately 6–10 weeks from the date of final approval and payment. Timelines begin after confirmation, not from the initial enquiry.

No Rush Orders
Each pair is made-to-order with the care and time it deserves.

Pricing
Custom pairs start from $289.99 AUD, depending on the chosen style, materials and finish. You’ll receive a final quote before production begins.

Payment
Full payment is required prior to production.

Packaging
Delivered in Naked Sole packaging — ready for gifting or your special day.

Returns & Exchanges - Because each custom pair is made exclusively for you, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We’ll work closely with you before production to ensure the fit and details are perfect. If you’re unsure about sizing, we highly recommend purchasing or trying the in-stock style first. Custom orders are based on our existing silhouettes, so this is the best way to confirm size and comfort.

Sizing

If your chosen style is available online, try the in-stock version to confirm fit.
If your size isn’t available, we’ll guide you through measuring and fit advice.

For group or bridal orders, we may request photos and measurements for each person to ensure accuracy.
Requests above size 15 can sometimes be accommodated just ask.
