What we can do for you

Any style - All Naked Sole silhouettes are available through our made to order service. We can also work with styles beyond our current collection, bring us your inspiration and we will tell you what we can create.

Your choice of colour or fabric - Have something specific in mind? We will work with you to explore what is possible and confirm options before anything goes into production.

Sizes 10 through 15 - Every made to order pair is available across our full size range 10 through 15 as standard. Need something beyond 15? Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

One pair or many - No minimum quantity. We are as happy making one perfect pair as we are making twenty.

What to expect

The process - Every custom request is personally reviewed before approval to ensure we can deliver exactly what you need beautifully.

Lead time - Production takes approximately 6 to 10 weeks from the date of final approval and payment. Timelines begin after confirmation, not from the initial enquiry.

Pricing - Custom pairs start from $289.95 AUD depending on the chosen style, materials and finish. You will receive a full quote before production begins, nothing goes into production without your approval.

Payment - Full payment is required prior to production.

Returns - Because every custom pair is made exclusively for you all sales are final. We work closely with you before production begins to make sure every detail is right. If your chosen style is available in our standard range we recommend trying it first to confirm your size and fit.

Sizing - If your chosen style is available online, try the in-stock version to confirm fit.
If your size isn’t available, we’ll guide you through measuring and fit advice. Refer to our Size Chart for more detail, or contact us for personalised guidance.

Packaging - Delivered in Naked Sole packaging for your special occasion.
