Refund policy

At Naked Sole, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

 

Eligibility for a Refund

We offer refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our store policies. You may request a refund if:

  • The item is faulty, defective, or significantly different from the description.
  • The item is returned unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Once your refund request is approved, you will receive:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item.
  • Return address details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Naked Sole is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted.

 

Refund Processing Time
  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.

 

Gift Card Returns 

If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be reissued to you as a store credit.

For orders paid using a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be split:

    • The gift card portion will be refunded back to a new gift card.

    • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@nakedsole.com.au.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Items that are worn, used, or not in original condition.
  • Items marked 'Final Sale' and gift cards.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Pre-Sale Items

Pre-sale purchases are subject to the same Returns & Exchanges policy as in-stock items. If you need to return or exchange your pre-sale purchase (this can only be done once recieved) please follow the process outlined above.

 

International Refunds

We accept refund requests from customers located in the United States, New Zealand, Canada, UK, Europe, Africa & South Africa.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

  • If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and request a refund for the original item (if eligible).

  • Returned items must meet our standard refund conditions listed above.
