Return & Exchanges

At Naked Sole, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s everything you need to know.

 

Our Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

 

Returns

To initiate a return, visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item.
  • Return address details.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted.

Exchanges (Australia only)

Need a different size or style? You have two options:

1. Quickest option:
Place a new order now for the size or style you want. Then return your original item for a refund.

2. Free exchange:
Submit an exchange request and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your original item, we’ll send your new pair.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@nakedsole.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if the item is faulty or does not perform as expected.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items marked 'Final Sale' and gift cards.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at hello@nakedsole.com.au.

 

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Naked Sole is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
  • Exchanges are free (Australia only). We will provide a prepaid return label for all approved exchange requests.

 

International Returns

We accept returns from the United States, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs

  • We do not offer exchanges on international orders

  • If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund

  • Items must meet our usual return conditions (unworn, original packaging, within 30 days of delivery)
