At Naked Sole, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the essential details about our shipping services, including processing times, costs, and tracking information.

 

Where We Ship

Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Europe, South Africa, and Africa.
Shipping to the United States and Canada is temporarily unavailable.

 

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST), Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders after this time are processed the next business day.
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days via Australia Post.

 

Estimated Delivery

Australia: Standard 4–10 business days / Express 3–6 business days

International (New Zealand): 6–10 business days

International (UK, Europe, South Africa, Africa): 8–21 business days

USA & Canada: Currently unavailable

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by location, customs, public holidays, or delays with Australia Post.

 

Shipping Costs
  • Australia: Free over $200 AUD / $15 AUD flat rate under $200 AUD

  • Australia Express: $18 AUD flat rate

  • New Zealand: $35 AUD flat rate

  • International (UK, Europe, South Africa, Africa): $50 AUD flat rate

  • USA & Canada: Currently unavailable

 

International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient, if applicable.

Naked Sole is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or refusal of delivery due to unpaid fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs.

 

Pre-Sale Orders

From time to time, Naked Sole offers products on pre-sale. These items are not yet in stock and will be dispatched once they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided on the individual product pages and may be subject to change. If there are any changes to the estimated timeframe, you will be notified via email.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and the pre-sale items will be dispatched separately once they arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery. Track your order
