Shipping Commitment
Naked Sole is dedicated to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all customers. This policy outlines our shipping processes, timeframes, costs, and responsibilities.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand and United States.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (AEST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before being handed over to Australia Post.
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days after dispatch.
New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 8-29 business days after dispatch.
United States

Shipping Methods & Costs
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping (Australia): Free for orders over $200. Orders under $200 incur a flat rate of $15.
- Express Shipping (Australia): $18 flat rate for all orders.
- Standard Shipping (New Zealand): $35 flat rate for all orders.
- Standard Shipping (United States): $40 flat rate for all orders
- Standard Shipping (Canada): $45AUD flat rate for all orders
- Standard Shipping (United Kingdom): $50AUD flat rate for all orders
International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Australia including to the United States, New Zealand, Canada and United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient, if applicable.
Naked Sole is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or refusal of delivery due to unpaid fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched. This number can be used to track the delivery status through our Parcel Tracker
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking number for updates. If there are concerns regarding a lost or delayed package, contact us at hello@nakedsole.com.au with your order details.
Changes to Shipping Details
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your purchase.
