RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for Australian customers, provided the shoes are unworn and in their original condition.

Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping or return fees. The return must be made through our Returns Portal within a specified period from the purchase date, and items must be in their original, unused condition.

Yes — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if they are requesting a refund (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and meet our standard return conditions.

No — exchanges are free within Australia.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. As soon as we receive your original item, we’ll ship your new size or style at no extra cost.

Items on sale during a promotion or with the use of a discount code can be returned for an exchange, gift card or refund. However, items marked as 'final sale' are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after they arrive at our warehouse.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for a return or exchange.

Yes — we accept returns only from the United States,New Zealand, Canada and United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time.

If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund (if eligible).

Orders and Shipping

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or through our tracking portal here

Order modifications or cancellations can be made if the order hasn't been dispatched. Contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

United States: $40 AUD flat rate (Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days)

United Kingdom: $50 AUD flat rate (Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days)


Shipping is via Australia Post and includes tracking.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These are charged by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.

Naked Sole is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs.

Payment and Promotions

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Amex, paypal and offer Afterpay & Zip Pay for flexible installment payments. For international customers, we also accept payments through localized payment methods specific to certain countries.
